To ensure a curated and efficient experience for all guests, we operate under the following "Good Graces" agreement. By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

The Favorable Experience (Booking & Deposits)

To maintain our standard of artistry, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied directly toward your final service total. Because we operate on a strictly scheduled basis, please arrive at your scheduled time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a cancellation at the discretion of the artist.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that life moves quickly. However, to maintain the integrity of our booking schedule:

  • Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment, or failure to show, will result in a forfeit of your deposit and/or a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

  • This policy allows us to offer the space to another client who may be waiting to be in our "good graces."

Service Guarantee & Refills

We take immense pride in the longevity and quality of our work.

  • The Adjustment Period: If you experience premature shedding within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact us immediately for a complimentary touch-up.

  • Refill Expectations: To maintain the density and design of your set, refills are recommended every 2–3 weeks. If you arrive for a "refill" with less than 40% of your extensions remaining, the service may be upgraded to a full set at the standard rate.

Health & Safety (The "Clean-Girl" Standard)

Your eye health is our highest priority.

  • Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. Excess oils or debris may interfere with adhesive bonding and result in reduced retention.

  • If you have any active eye infections, allergies, or recent surgeries, we kindly ask that you postpone your appointment until you are fully cleared by a medical professional.

  • Pet-Friendly Environment: Good Graces Lashes is a private studio located in a pet-friendly residence. While our service area is meticulously sanitized and kept separate, we want to ensure the comfort of guests with severe allergies or phobias. If you have a significant pet allergy, please let us know so we can take extra precautions prior to your arrival.

Liability Waiver

By booking a service with Good Graces Lashes, you acknowledge that lash extensions involve the use of adhesives and synthetic materials. While we use medical-grade, low-fume products and follow strict sanitation protocols, potential risks (including but not limited to irritation or allergic reaction) are inherent to the process. You agree to release Good Graces Lashes from liability regarding these inherent risks, provided that standard professional care was administered.

Privacy & Personal Data

Your data is held with the same care as our lash artistry. We do not share your personal information with third parties. Any photos taken during your session for portfolio purposes will only be used with your explicit, signed consent.

Satisfaction Policy

The Service Guarantee

Because lash extensions are a labor-intensive, bespoke service, we do not offer monetary refunds on services rendered. However, your satisfaction is our highest priority.

  • The 72-Hour Grace Period: If you are not 100% in love with your set or experience unexpected shedding, please contact the studio within 72 hours. We will happily provide a complimentary "Adjustment Session" to fix any technical issues and ensure you are in good graces.

Deposit Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable.

  • This fee secures your specific time on our calendar. If you cancel or reschedule within our approved 48-hour window, your deposit may be transferred to a future date. Cancellations made outside of that window result in a forfeited deposit.

Retail Products

For health and safety reasons, all lash aftercare products, cleansers, and retail items are final sale. If a product is defective (e.g., a broken pump), please bring it to the studio within 7 days for an even exchange.
