Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Good Graces Lashes. To ensure a serene, high-end experience for every guest, all appointments are subject to the following studio terms: 1. Deposits & Cancellations Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your final service total. 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late Fees & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 48 hours, or failure to show, will result in a forfeited deposit and/or a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Tardiness: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a canceled appointment and a fee to protect the schedule. 2. Refund & Satisfaction Policy No Refunds: Because lash extensions are a time-intensive, bespoke service, all services and retail products are non-refundable. 72-Hour Grace Period: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience premature shedding or technical issues, contact the studio within 72 hours for a complimentary adjustment session. Refill Requirements: Fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks. If you arrive with less than 40% of your extensions remaining, the appointment will be upgraded to a full set rate. 3. Health, Safety & Studio Environment Clean Lashes: Please arrive with clean, completely makeup-free lashes to ensure optimal adhesive bonding and retention. Private Home Studio & Pets: Good Graces operates as an exclusive, private home studio. Pets reside on the premises and access requires stairs. While the lash suite is meticulously sanitized and kept entirely separate, please notify us prior to arrival if you have severe pet allergies so we can take extra precautions. 4. Liability & Media Release By finalizing your booking, you acknowledge the inherent risks of professional lash adhesives (such as temporary irritation) and release Good Graces from liability, provided standard professional care is given. Photos for portfolio use will only be taken and shared with your explicit consent.
